A close friend of mine, his Dodge ram 1500 was damaged a day before Christmas, I called Jeff at JJ Rau, and he got it in! And it was fixed and straightened out within a week!! My buddy is very happy!!! Thanks Jeff!
Terrible people, will lie to you about what your car needs. insane daily storage charges. never use oem parts but will charge you for it. Second i got my car back it had the loudest rattling noise, witch they fixed but couldn't tell me what it was, go figure. Also they said my vehicle didnt need an oil filter, it need an oil flush, I asked the guy to show me where my oil filter isnt, he was speechless.
Excellent response time, super friendly, reasonable prices. I won't call anyone else!
worst body work ever, had to bring back just got worse and charged another 100 bucks
I wouldn't let them tow a matchbox car!
