My daughter had to buy a used tire and they sold and installed a tire with a plug in the sidewall. Illegal. When she went to address it, after waking up to a flat, his son laughed at her and pointed to a sign that said no refunds. I know that they know better, because when I called, the owner said to bring it back and apologized. I know that as a business owner he knows better. The tire with a plug in the sidewall, should have been disposed of immediately, not even offered for resale. The onus is on him, not to even offer a tire with a plug in the sidewall for resale. My grand babies have to travel in that car. He knows better and not seeing it, is no excuse. Not to mention, laughing at my daughter when she came in tears to address it. Also, he sent her off again, with the same tire on the

I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY DID NOT make us WAIT THEY DID THE JOB IN PARKING LOT !!!! DIDNT TAKE LONG!!!! AND CHEAO CHEAP cheap!!! The tire guy could have waited to do it in thecaircondotioner but he was so nice just so he can get us in and out!!!! Good job to the owner for having great employees!!!]!!!
