I took my 1995 F150 here. The project was admittedly ambitious. Tito was going to install a rebuilt transmission, transfer case, driveline, new waterpump, and timing chain, to help me convert my 2wd 1995 F150 to a 4x4.(I was going to do the front end work myself). He had my truck for nearly 2 years. I would call every other week beginning of week, and get told every other week that "It will be done on friday". I'd call at the end of the week and there would be a new reason why. After nearly 2 years, i told him i was coming to get it, sorry i cant wait anymore. My friend and I towed my truck back to my house, to assess what we could do. Not much... the engine was ruined(it was fine when i brought it in!) My experience with this establishment is too complex and drawn out to go into detail. To sum up my experience: incompetence, lack of communication, more incompetence, lack of accountability. On multiple incidents the initial issue was said to be resolved. I would pay for the repairs, then travel from Seattle to pick up the vehicle. This happened three times only to have the initial issue occure just a few miles after leaving the shop. The third and final time I attempted to retrieve my vehicle, I was able to drive to the rest stop on I-5 when the initial issue occurred again. When this occurred again, the mechanic I was working with named Tito began to avoid my calls and make excuses. I was avoided for so long that my vehicle was then impounded as an abandoned vehicle after this compan

J & K automotive was there for me when I needed them. They answered my call, got me in same day. They offered a really fair rate on services and only charged for the time needed. When I arrived, they greeted me promptly and took my car back right away. They explained everything well to me and gave me confidence in their services. It sounded like a positive work atmosphere with how they treat each other. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend got some steering suspension work done here. These guys are fast , good and affordable. Id recommend them any time.

I am SO glad J & K is here in town. The reviews were spot on, these dudes are the real deal. They did a huge fluid change on my entire drivetrain, a job I was not looking forward to doing myself. They did it for significant less than the dealership, and I could tell a big difference immediately. Thanks again for the help guys, keep doing what you're doing!
