JP Auto Import is a trash establishment and I’m not just saying that because his office space/waiting area is soooo Dirty ,it has dirty places to sit, spider webs everywhere and built up dirt. It’s not set up to sit and wait on your vehicle, you must drop it off. I paid him to fix my thermostat in my Benz, tell me why I it still needed it to be fixed, then he told me he didn’t feel comfortable working on my car because you people get mad when their car isn’t fixed. That didn’t have anything to do with me because I still paid. Fast Fwd took my car to the dealership turns out he never fixed the problem. Take your car anywhere but here he’s a shade tree and will try and have you repeatedly coming back to fix the same problem. Run, drive fast, keep going where you can get great service all the

Fount this small mechanic on the internet few years back and has been using this location every since Duke is one of the best import mechanics I’ve met quality work and not all the RETAIL Gouging prices are very fair best customer service hands down. If you need auto repair and want it done right at a fair price go see Duke tell him Preston sent you.

I’ve had my bmw 320i fixed here twice and both times have received excellent service from Duke. He’s a very friendly person & really cares about the customers. Excellent service and great prices! Thanks Duke for all you do.

To be honest, I was out of town at the time that my truck broke down and was extremely worried about bringing my vehicle to an unknown mechanic from another state. I've never been treated so good and received the best service in all of my time in a need of vehicle repair. Duc from JP imports did a fantastic job while also saving me money and I recommend his garage to anyone in need of an honest mechanic.
