As a woman, dealing with car problems can sometimes feel a little intimidating. But thankfully, at J&R they’ve always been honest, respectful, and straightforward with me. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years, and now my family does too. We haven’t taken our cars anywhere else since because we know the work will be done right and at a fair price (something that really matters in today’s economy). They’re very flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups, explain everything clearly, never pressure us into unnecessary repairs, and genuinely look out for their customers. It’s such a relief to have a place we can trust 100%. Highly recommend!
