Our box truck broke down and would not start today. The driver gave an estimated time and arrived during that timeframe, he stayed in constant communication for pickup and drop-off plus sent photos for confirmation! 5 star service!

Winch me out!! I stopped for gas and made THEEE WORST turn ever! Got my U-Haul stuck pretty good on the guard post. Needed a winch. Rixter fixed me right up. Great customer service, great work. I highly recommend.
Clarence from Rixter was dispatched to help me get my semi trailer back on the road after I was rear ended on 90E. The ICC bumper was pushed into the rear duals, and part of the guy's frame was broken and wedged between the top of the rear tires and underside of the trailer. Clarence responded quickly, kept in touch every step of the way, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I love this guy's attitude, and his work ethic. He was great!
