Bumper came out alright has some wear on the corner of the bumper where you could see black , my car is white. The part that really irritates me is I called and asked " do you need the stuff out of the trunk to make it easier?" The gentleman replied no. Under further look over at my car i noticed my trunk trim panel wasn't sitting right i go an remove it to find 3 clips broken and one mangled from trying to jam in place. If the trunk was partially emptied it would've went in like a glove, but instead of the 6 items that needed to be removed to have the spare tire lid lifted to fit trim piece it was forced and broken.

Excellent local auto repair business! J R's did an awesome job repairing a rusted rocker panel on my car. The estimate was spot on, the service was excellent, and the work was very fairy priced. I highly recommend them! With the high price of cars these days, it's definitely worth paying some money to keep dependable older cars running compared to buying new. (At least in my opinion!)

My car was in an accident and had front bumper and the back damaged and they got my car done in less than a week and it looks even better than when I bought it. Best shop I’ve been to!!

Not very happy with my service. I was told they'd have my car for 3 days (to replace my bumper), and they had it almost 3 weeks. It sat in the same spot in their lot for the whole first week while I had my rental car that I was paying for. I had to call many times for updates, and was told they were waiting for a part to come in that they should have ordered in the first place. I finally called on a Friday and they told me that they'd already finished my car. So they finished my car but never told me it was ready until I called. Now they are taking forever to get back to my insurance company which is delaying my reimbursement. I should have known by how disorganized they seemed when I dropped my car off.

Had rust repair done on my 05 Ford. Friendly staff. Vehicle was done on time and under budget. Planning to use them for my other vehicle next year. Thanks, guys!
