Some of the kindest and most honest folks I've met in a long time in the business. I'm a woman and a mechanic's daughter, and I was taught to always be a little cautious with shops, but it's folks like the workers at this business that remind you of the good in the world. Manny at the Evergreen shop was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, and I was very grateful to find that they were open on a Sunday! Thanks, J & J Tires & Brakes! I came in here in November and just want to say this place is wonderful! Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the person who I talked to but he was kind, explained the situation fully and was reasonable. My calipers were bad and he told me that they looked brand new and are probably still under warrenty! He said I should check with the place that installed them because they may be replaced free. Who does that? This is the coll integrity that he has and every place else should! I actully went back to them to get the calipers replaced because even though it was under warrenty, it would have cost around $1000.00 to replace at the original tire place. Had 4 new tires installed and everything seemed to go well. After getting on the freeway and reaching speeds of up to 65 MPH, I noticed a slight vibration which was not there prior to putting the tires on. The tech stating that "due to the nature of the tires, there would be some vibration", but it was too hard to ignore, and it seemed too off. My conclusion is that there was an imbalance. I took the vehicle to Les Schwab to check and sure enough, on each wheel, all four of them, were 1-3 ounces of imbalance. I should have known that 30 minutes for a 4-tire install was too good to be true. Turns out it was. It is clear that there was no effort to properly balance the tires, furthermore, no adjustments were made to the wheel weights. This could have resulted in a massive safety issue. Lucki

How exactly what I needed even though it was a rare tire size, mounted balanced and everything only $160 out the door, when paid in cash. Only took maybe 5 or 10 minutes.

Excellent service, very trustworthy, quality work, great workmanship. My daughter and I had two vehicles that needed rear end brakes replacement. J&J provided the best prices and did an excellent work on both cars. J&J guys are very honest and transparent, women friendly, WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE.
