It was a crazy busy day and they made numerous phone calls to help me out! Huge parking lot to park giant Trucks too. Lock Box mobile pick up and drop off after hours. I rented a uhaul from JTs shop. The latest pickup time available from the UHaul website was during my work hours so I called JT and made sure that it would be okay if I showed up later than the pick up time since I can check in the van through the app (no assistance needed). I got confirmation that it would be okay. As I go to pick up my van I see that he’s cancelled the reservation. This puts me in a hard spot because all other locations are closed and I need the van for 6am (before any location open)

I purchased the truck from this dealership. I read the reviews and heard good things about them. So now only a month went by and the engine started losing compression. Took it to three mechanics all of them told me that the engine had major damage. Finally I found a mechanic that put a new engine in. The mechanic told me that the check engine light bulb was removed. He told me that was very odd because those light bulbs rarely ever go bad. So getting this news I return back to JT wheels and deals and spoke with Justin the owner. He had said he was very sorry that this had happened and that if I had told him sooner that maybe "keyword" maybe he could have did something for me.
