My truck was down and it was my main transportation. I’ve called all around and everybody wanted to charge me $5000. But I called J1 Auto & Transmission repair and with the google rating and the price they gave me, I jumped on it. It didn’t take them no time to do my truck. They picked up my vehicle on April 16, 2025. It is now Oct 15, 2025...6 mo...6 MONTHS! The transmission was removed & that was it! I've been to the shop, I've called & text every other day, but I get no answer nor return calls or text for at least 4 mo. I do not recommend this shop because they could care less about their customers!

This business is totally scam. They charge me a lot of money but did no thing to my car. Even now they are not responding to my calls.

We had a wheel bearing go out on our Nissan frontier while we were road tripping across the state. J1 was able to get us in, find the replacement part that afternoon, and get us back on the road that same day. Otherwise we would have been sleeping on the side of the road that evening. Totally awesome customer service.

Very good service and communication. They helped me when I was in a tight spot and broke down with transmission issues. Even towed my vehicle to and from their shop. I highly recommend them!
