John from My Tech Automotive was very helpful. Ran in some trouble with my work van late Friday afternoon. It was right when he was closing however he started diagnosing my van right away. He went up and beyond and kept my van secured in his shop over the weekend which I’m very grateful for. He called me practically first this Monday morning telling me he got my van back on the road. Great, honest and fair priced work. Highly recommend!

Thank you John and My Tech staff. I was looking around for a mechanic I could trust and wouldn’t take advantage! (sorry , but some do) My best friend recommended I go to John at My Tech Automotive. I stopped in, explained to him the car I was bringing in had sat for very close to seven years. It was in an accident and then fixed by my insurance company and then I decided to park it and just get a new car. My daughter now 18 years old, and I decided to give the car to her, but she had to pay to bring it up to par after sitting for almost 7 years. I told John to overlook the car completely and do what needed to be done. He could have told me it needed new everything, but instead he was honest and fixed the things that needed to be fixed. Very pleased with the service I received at My Tech Automotive. I had some engine mounts put in my daughters car earlier this year at another shop. My daughter was complaining about hearing a clunking sound when she would shift gears. I brought it to John to look at, and he found that the other shop had not tightened the bolts on the mounts. I will be using John again in the future.

1 star is way too much. Had my truck towed here and I was told I needed a new transmission = $8,000. I had a shop from Columbia pick up my truck for a second opinion ( had to pay this clown $150 and he did nothing). My truck was on the lift 3 hours after being picked up and I was told the transmission lines needed to be replaced and there was no leak from the housing or transfer case. I'm paying $1,033 for the other shop to drive down, pick up my truck, order parts + labor, and save $7,000. Highly recommend avoiding this place!

A friend and I were traveling from Alabama to Virginia after attending a school. His C/V Axle went out on his car while we were going north on I-95 about 9 o’clock at night. Thinking we would be stranded for several days, the shop being backed up, was able to get the part and replace it for us in several hours having us back on the road. From management to mechanics, beyond excellent customer service the entire time. Although there was no waiting area, the manager offered many times to accommodate. I would recommend this place to anyone who I know is in that area for travels in need of assistance any day. If there was a 10 star option My Tech would get it.
