My husband took his truck in for an estimate on body work and Adam was supposed to call back in a couple of days but never did. My husband called him a week later and Adam said he would call back when he could find the estimate and never did. If he didn’t want the work he should have just said so !

My daughter’s car battery went on her last week and since she’s begun studying at Binghamton University, she hasn’t had any car trouble so we didn’t have an auto mechanic in the area… until now. I called up J&A Auto Repair and spoke to a gentleman named Adam. I told him what was going on with her vehicle and that she would go to him some time in the next few days for a new battery. Adam reassured me that he would take care of her personally and, according to her, he did. My daughter called roadside assistance and made her way there.
