I bring my vehicles in for service under warranty at this location. The staff is incredibly pleasant. Cynthia has turned our feelings of frustration into a much more positive experience. Which is exactly the kind of service you need in order to continue trusting Chevrolet products.

Cynthia Benefield is always a pleasure to work with and always displays a very friendly demeanor and provides outstanding customer service. I always look forward to working with her and she is always caring and respectful of the customers concerns and handles everything in a very timely manner. She is a consummate professional and likely the best service rep I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This particular service visit was to replace a delaminating appliqué, open recall repair, and multi-point vehicle inspection. In the end, everything was covered under warranty and there was no charge.

Corey Sass and his team did an amazing job with my 2021 Silverado. I dropped my truck off and the next day they had me back on the road with a new torque converter. Can't ask for a better turnaround than that.

Had this dealership replace the engine on my girlfriend's 2019 Tahoe which cost us nearly 19k. Get the vehicle home and find an oil puddle in the garage the next morning. Sure enough, gave us a rebuilt engine with a cracked oil pan. Back to the dealership again. They replaced the oil pan. We pick up the Tahoe and proceed to drive our delayed trip to North Carolina and something didn't feel right. Took it to Jeff Gordon Chevrolet here in Wilmington and sure enough an engine mount was broken. Another $1900. We told the service team at Jack Hanina about the vibration but they didn't look into it. Needless to say we will never buy a vehicle from nor take any of our vehicles to Jack Hanania for service again. Service Department manager asked for our email and have yet to hear anything from them

I sent out a coupon card in the mail for a car I no longer own but I didn't see that in the fine print until they explained it to me when I arrived and they would not honor the coupon.
