Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers

I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The service advisor was courteous and asked the reason for my visit. He said he could take care of it right away. He removed the tire from the trunk and said it would be done shortly. The repair was done quickly and professionally. All around an excellent experience. Highly recommend this facility!

Today I went in for an inspection and emissions test. I just wanted to say that from the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with kindness and respect. I believe the young man’s name was Manny, very polite! I wanted to make a point to mention this, because in today’s world , these things I mentioned above are not as common as they should be. The rest of the staff treated me with the same respect and kindness. I appreciate the service and the experience, I had today at Jack Williams. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We’ve been going to Jack Williams on Stefko Blvd in Bethlehem for almost 5 years now. Manny is always very helpful and the other guys have all been great too! Their prices are very fair and they get all of the work done to our cars in a timely manner. My husband and I highly recommend them!

Manny & the wonderful people at Jack Williams Tire absolutely saved me when I picked up a nail, got a pancake flat when it was bitter cold out. I got a quick temporary inflation, called them, and they fit me right in. The tire wasn’t able to be salvaged, but they found me a perfect tire, mounted it, and sent me on my way with great pleasantry and efficiency. They even let me watch the Olympic Figure Skating event on their tv at that I would have missed. Go here for trusted service and great customer service and kindness!!!
