He fixes! Very honest and very reasonable. Linda is very helpful. Her husband, the mechanic also very helpful and honest. They were able to do a repair on my Ford explorer quickly and reasonably. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by 1:00 p.m. Compared to my previous experience taking it to the Ford dealer in Montebello who took 4 days to look at it and wanted to charge additional money and give me a BS diagnostic of car and outrageous price. (I did not have dealer do work). Jacks Auto diagnost quickly, repaired and saved the day! Highly recommend!

Probably the last honest car repair shop in business. The husband/wife duo who run this shop are the best and they work hard to get your car fixed fast for the best price they can get you. I’ve been coming to them for a few years now and each time I’m impressed with the work they do and how kind they are. They even take the time to show me the broken parts and explain everything. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m so happy to have found the best mechanic and shop around!

The part that was replacing a faulty one on my car unfortunately proved to be defective and failed soon after it was put in. The proprietor, however, very cheerfully undertook to replace it as soon as he could—for free, of course—driving quite a distance to pick up a new part for me, which new part has lasted a couple of months now without giving me any trouble. The lady who works with him is particularly nice.

Best Auto Repair Shop! Quick, fast and friendly. I had a major issue with my vehicle and went to a few other mechanic shops, no one was successful. I went here to Jack's Auto Repair, my issue was fixed and carefully explained to me in full detail. I will be returning to Jack's for future Auto repairs.
