Always great service! Told me he would have the car ready the following day. Called me the same day and it was ready. He came under budget and the car runs great. There is a reason why his parking lot is full, everyone wants to work with him!

Just sharing my experience of how poor the customer service is here. I literally just called and asked if they work on 92 Mustangs. He said "no I don't work on that kind of car" and immediately hung up on me. Apparently even calling this man's business to inquire did not deem me worth a "goodbye" or "thanks for calling" or anything. I was trying to ask him a follow up question in case he knew of another mechanic who does and he flat out hung up on me before even letting me finish the sentence.

Jack is the most knowledgeable, reliable, and capable auto repair professional with whom I have done business. Prices are reasonable repairs are made quickly and professionally. You always drive away knowing you can rely on your car to perform as designed.

Jack is a great honest, extremely competent mechanic. He can fix anything, at a fair price.. And he’s a great guy!

Jack, and prior mechanics at Le Car have always been our go-to. My late father brought his Peugeot's here, because where else are you going to take a French car? Now we bring our Asian imports here as well. And I have taken American rentals here. Jack is extremely reasonable, and to the point. He buffed out a gnarly scratch on a rental one time in a couple of minutes, no charge. He changed my dad's oil after he passed away free of charge, because he was pretty broken up about it. He'll give it to you straight. He'll find what you need at the right price. My mom had several O2 sensors from the dealership burn out on her Honda Accord, since Jack replaced it and guaranteed it, no issues. I'm on my way there right now.
