My outmoded 2004 Lincoln Town Car needed grill replaced due to bird strike on hwy. I found used part and then called Jack's just to see if I had all needed parts and if so, schedule the Fix. They quoted best case scenario of $50 unless the hood was also damaged. When I got there they looked everything over and said I had what was needed. They gave me a loaner car, and an hour and a half later when I returned, my car was ready to go. And the Bill; only $30! WoooooooHooooo! 🥰💛

My family was traveling thru Miles City on the interstate and my exhaust broke off of my pickup. This was on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in and get us rolling again so we could enjoy our weekend. Great work, reasonable price, and excellent service.

A group of us came into town for about a month for work, and needed a rental car. The crew at Jack's made sure we weren't only in a brand new car, but catered to our needs in regards to how large of a vehicle we needed. For a town of ~8,500, they had a decently large inventory of vehicles for us to choose from. At one point I had to drop a car off and get back to the job site and the employees went far above expectations by offering me a ride fr their shop to my job. What a commendable group. You don't find this kind of customer service in many places. We'll definitely be repeat customers! Thanks, Jack's Body Shop, for making our work trip comfortable, and allowing us to ride in style!

I have been going to jacks for exhaust work since 2005 with several different vehicles and have always had a great time with the team there. Only had one bumper replacement but it was fast and easy. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

Unfortunately, I had an accident a few months ago. I brought the car in to Jack’s to get it fixed up last week. As a college student, I wanted minimal/only necessary repair to save my wallet a bit. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the repair they made. Jack’s has the greatest service and keeps the customer’s best interest at mind.
