Three G Diesel & Automotive

Cannot say enough about how incredible the service was at Three G’s. I broke down in Miles City retuning from N Dakota to WA. Kolbe and his crew answered my desperate call and got me in to his shop. I was sure there was major engine issues because of the horrible knocking the engine was making when it was running. The shop did a diagnostic and found the plate and spacer between the engine and trany was the issue. Kolbe answered all my calls even on a Sunday and got me back on the road. The price was extremely fair. These folks are the most honest auto repair business I’ve ever dealt with. You can not go wrong taking your vehicle here. I call BS on anyone that says otherwise. Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had.

My wife and I ran into some engine trouble on a road trip, we called everyone in Miles City and had trouble finding anyone in town who was available to look at our car, luckily the guys at Three G Diesel and Automotive were able to get us in and take a look at our car. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did the work fast and at reasonable rates. Which was great because we were on a bit of a tight schedule. If we end up in Miles City again and need work done Xavier and Colby will be our first call.

We broke down in Miles City on a cross country road trip, we called a few near by mechanics, all saying they were too busy to even try and diagnose the problem. We then noticed Three G Diesel & Automotive, and gave him a call. He was willing to come out and try to diagnose the problem for us and work with us where we were downed if it was something easy. Less than an hour later we were back up and running, they also walked us through what their thought process was, why they were testing what they were testing, and fixed the problem right then and there, for a reasonable price too! I'm sure not all problems can be solved as easy or as quick as ours but if you need diesel and automotive work done, I have no doubt Three G Diesel & Automotive is your best bet to get it done. My husband and I tried on a whim to see if we could get our class a motor home in after seeing all of the great reviews. Our experience was exactly the same. Very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately because we gave such little time, they weren’t able to get the parts in before we leave. But for Colby to have even taken the time out of his busy day to try and track them down for us makes me want to come back to town again when anything does go wrong. Wish all places were so welcoming.
