Jack's Campers Sales Rentals

I have tried twice to get a call back from Jack’s Campers here in Mitchell SD. Obviously because we don’t want to spend $20000 or $30000, they don’t call back. Just wanted a reasonably priced older camper. Guess not wanting to spend thousands isn’t worth their time. Cash in hand, but no response.

This place is a joke. They’ll be real kind when you’re buying something brand new from them but once that brand new turns into problems they quit returning your calls, they won’t schedule your camper in to get fixed and will avoid you until your warranty has expired then tell you that you will have to pay for the repairs although they obviously came from the factory. Every employee at this place is two faced and rude. Stay clear from this place of crooks. The salesman Bob is a liar and the warranty guy Bob is a liar as well. I’m sure Jack himself is a joke as well. Do not go here. Maybe it’s the mildew they breath in all day in that moldy smelling building of there’s that makes them so rude. They literally put me off for two years while trying to have warranty work done. Now I’m stuck with

Jack's Campers has been great to work with while trading in my camper for a different one. They truly care about setting up customers for success. They picked up my old camper, found me a different one that suited our needs and walked us through it to show us how to care for it. Highly recommend!

2025 Sturgis trip & we had electric issues with our camper. We tried 2 other places along our route with no help. We found Jacks Camper Sales in Mitchell & Kurt Menning was our hero! We were passing through south Dakota and had some issues with our 2021 jayco eagle 5th wheel. Stopped in and they fit us in and put it through warranty, no charge what great people thanks Matt, and Francis, and who ever else got on the road. Highly highly recommend this place. A#1. Joe from Oregon
