Jack's Car & Motorcycle Inspections

These ladies are horrible to deal with and will find any reason to fail a car. They are rude and will not listen to what you have to say. They failed my brand new car because of the license plate when all characters are fully visible never take your car here, there are plenty of other places about 5 minutes away.

Don’t go here. I am a 19 year old girl who went in by myself to get an inspection sticker. They failed me for my headlight supposedly being out. The lady walked into the waiting room and says to me “You’re going to be paying a lot of money today” while laughing in my face. I paid the $35 inspection fee and left. I went to another place where they told me nothing was wrong with my light and that they were just taking advantage of me and money grabbing.

Myself & family have been getting inspection stickers forever from Jack's. Super Quick! Now we ALL have brandy NEW cars! But back in days we All had OLD crappy cars! They always Tried their Best to help or work with Us! *That's What Really Matters! thanks!

Lol! I was 1 month late for inspection. The tech was awesome, she got my car right in and out. It's first come-first serve so that may affect waiting time, but you can see the waiting cars. When it's your turn, they get it done quickly.

As a first-time customer, I experienced excellent service and hospitality. They even gave me a card to fill out with my name and snail-mail address so they can annually send me a reminder at the beginning of that month that I need to get my car inspected by the end of that month. Smart practice, when it comes to customer retention, attraction, and engagement.
