Five-Star Service at Jackson Automotive! I had an excellent experience at Jackson Automotive thanks to Luke and Jim! I came in with one flat tire that needed replacement, plus another that had slipped off the wheel well. Luke went above and beyond to squeeze me into their busy schedule, and I really appreciated his effort to get me taken care of quickly. Jim, the technician, was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way and clearly explaining the issue. He did a great job replacing, mounting, and balancing both tires, ensuring everything was done right. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Jackson Automotive for their top-notch service and excellent customer care! Five stars all the way!
