Really want to thank you'll for refusing to change my oil (with my provided genuine Toyota Oil) because of your new policy of only using your in-house oil. I was motivated to do my own oil changes on my 4runner and is only then I realized how tight my filter housing was torqued, so tight that it broke whilst trying to loosing it up. I now realized that you'll may have avoided changing the filter on a few of the occasions because of the tightness of the filter holder and just drained and replaced the oil. Long story short, AVOID THERE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE WHEN YOU THINK YOUR JOB WAS DONE PROPERLY, THEY MIGHT JUST BE CUTTING CORNERS AND MESSING UP STUFF AND MAKING YOU PAYFOR WORK THEY NEVER DID. Beyond pissed off! I dropped off my car and they put a big scratch across the trunk and they refuse to take any responsibility. Do not take your car here. They really don’t care. I told him my car came back damage and they basically said you can’t prove it. Take it up with your insurance company. I would never deal with this company. How can you trust a company that doesn’t own or take responsibility for their actions? Then try to make it my fault typical narcissistic behavior. I’ll be darn if they’re going to gaslight me. Upon further exam, I noticed scratches all the way down to where my tires are. So blatantly obvious it was from the air wrench.

I’ve been to Midas before — my first oil change last year went well. I did have a weird experience under previous ownership when I was told I could only pay with cash or a Midas credit card, so I didn’t go back at the time. I recently found out there’s new ownership, decided to give them another try, and I’m glad I did. My inspection was done in under an hour, everyone was very nice and informative, and I even received 20% off. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be back!

He told me my last visit there was last year, when it was actually a few months ago for an oil change… I was calling about the oil change services because there was a recommendation made for my brakes, and I wanted to potentially get that done with my inspection I was going to schedule. I also wanted to solve a problem I have been having with my TPMS light ever since having my tires replaced at that location that went outstanding for a year. However, he denied I got new tires put on there during my visit last year, stating I declined the services. I’ve been taking my car here for a few years and have always had a good experience. Brought it in for an oil change today and was in and out within 30 mins. Branden was friendly and didn’t try to push unnecessary car services either.
