Honest bunch from the shop manager to the mechanics. Had an electrical issue 4 other places gave up on, Jason and his guys had it fixed and charged the appropriate amount instead of bending us over. Now theyre our go to guys.

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Peterbilt. Britney in service is VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The mechanic, Dylan did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. The parts guys were extremely nice and it was an all around great experience.

Took my truck here to get an inframe done got quoted 27,900. When I went to pick up my truck it changed to over 30k. They said they put a new alternator and a sensor that was about 500 all together. They had no explanation for the rest of the extra cost but still made me pay for it.. Finally I go to start my truck up batteries were dead coolant was low and it was a gallon low on oil... Last time I will use the caldwell peterbilt.
