Blew up another Paccar motor here. They worked with Peterbilt and Paccar to get a new crate motor installed. Wayne and Kylie in the service department were great. Mechanic did an awesome job installing the new engine. Don’t be afraid to come here and get work done. Thanks to everyone at Jackson Group Magic Valley.
These guys are awesome. Anytime I have any troubles with the truck. I just pull in here and they take care of me and give me back on the road fast. Thank you guys.

My husbands Pete was leaking antifreeze. Kylee told to come on in. They took us immediately. Wayne the foreman and Kaylee took excellent care of us. When she took us out to the shop to get something out of his truck OMG THE SHOP WAS IMPECCABLE!!! The mechanic was wonderful, never stopped working on his truck putting a new radiator in. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. Would 💯 recommend them to everyone!!!!
Make sure you keep after them if you're waiting on parts to get your truck fixed. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
