My son came to you guys to purchase his first car. Alternator went out in 2 weeks… he took it back and you guys installed a new one that went bad a couple weeks later… he brought it back to you and was told he has to pay for the labor and wait for the warranty… you had the car almost 3 weeks now… he asked for a loaner to get his daughter to her docs appointment and work and was told you don’t do loaners..he took pride in being able to get his first car only to be disappointed at having to pay the labor cost on defective parts. Is that how you guys roll? Cmon man… show the kid some love

My husband got his truck august of 2024, when he signed all the paper work was when we found out that the interest rate was almost 30%, he also let my husband take the truck without putting it on insurance and then yelled at him and told him he needed to come back ASAP and that he wasn't supposed to do that, when we did take the truck the fuel tank was empty and we found and oil leak that we were not told about, the rear tail light was also out, the truck was dirty inside and we thought he would clean it up before we bought like other dealer ships do but he did not, about a week after we bought the truck the engine light came on, THE WORST PART is that the policy wouldn't take our insurances so we had to switch insurance and he told us give it two weeks and switch out insurance back and th
