Jackson Nissan Service

I’ve been using the Nissan of Jackson Service Department since 2013, and they’ve earned my trust year after year. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond, even for something as simple as an oil change. They explain everything clearly, never push unnecessary services, and make the whole experience feel honest and professional. The waiting area is another reason I keep coming back. The service department is great to work with. I have been to Jackson Nissan multiple times and always have a good experience. The manger is friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me in detail.

Took truck in for transmission issues. Although the service advisor did call and explain what they were trying to do, it seemed like things were moving along very slowly. Asked them to preform a transmission service and they did, but they just left it at that! Basically called me and said we don’t get any codes so we don’t know what’s wrong. I mean… a person brings their vehicle to a dealership for repairs because they expect the dealership to “know” how to fix it. Really dissatisfied.

I was out of town and hearing a noise from front passenger wheel. They took the car in and exceeded expectations. Each time I talked with the service manager either the time need to correct or the cost kept went down. Yes they completed the job days ahead of schedule and way under budget / estimates. Yes for the first time ever the cost went down from estimate. Twice. They treated me great. I will be taking my car there for future work.

It's not a trustworthy service center at all. They don't want to do warranty work and find every excuse to tell you why they can't or that it is not covered when it is. They do not take responsibility, and you have to get consumers' affairs involved to get them to do their job. To get an oil change even with an appointment usually takes a few hours 🤔. Was a customer here for many years, but the last several years have been nightmare after nightmare. The current business being conducted here has cause myself and others not to return. I will say that Jarred, in the service department, does do his job and is very kind. He does all he can to help any situation. However, I do not think he is treated fairly. If you fill out a survey and it's negative, he is the only one who gets the impact e
