I did have an issue after a repair, but when I brought it back, they took care of it right away at no extra charge. That really shows they stand behind their work and care about their customers. I have had a lot of mechanics in my life but Jackson Automotive is by far the best I’ve ever had! I had a transmission problem and no one could really fix it but I found Jackson automotive in Salem and they were able to fix it. They also found my brakes were leaking and other things my 2010 Honda needed. I recently had an accident and he replaced the entire front end in three days! The owner Ziad is a great mechanic and also does body work. He’s very honest and just a great guy! I highly recommend him for any of you car care needs.

I brought my 2014 mini cooper s, Great price beating the dealerships and many other shops. Fixed my leak and check engine light. Awesome workers and very hospitable. The shop is very busy for a reason its hard to find trustworthy mechanics who know what they are doing. A++

Over the past decade I have used Jackson Street (Ziad) for many things. This work was done on a 2007 Chevy Avalanche. Inspection Stickers, Oil Changes, New Transmission, Many other required repairs. I always received personal service, reasonable prices and accurate time frames for the work to be done. I have lived in both Marblehead and Salem and the amount of other loyal Ziad customers I personally know is amazing.
