Jacksons Car Wash - Auto Detailing

Got a full service car wash. They’re usually pretty good. Today there was some rust-like stuff left on the chrome of my car. They showed it to me before I left. When I mentioned that wasn’t there before Collin quickly asked if I’d like to see a manager. Trev was there within seconds with a smile and can-do attitude! They fixed the issue in no time and I was on my way. After getting home I realized another part had the same issue. I returned and Trev took care of it ASAP!! The team was all super friendly and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back to sign up for the membership and take advantage of their detailing, pet hair removal spa, and maybe even their window tinting! Great work guys!!

Austin is a HUGE asset to this company. His tint job is absolutely amazing the attention to detail and quality of his work is unmatched. He is a phenomenal individual and an incredibly hard worker. This is my second car getting tinted here, and I will 100% be bringing my third car as well. Austin consistently delivers top-tier results and takes real pride in what he does. If he isn’t already a manager, he absolutely should be this guy deserves to be advanced. I will always come back to him and recommend him to everyone I know. This was my first time ever going to Jackson’s. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I paid $90 for a hand carwash. He even through in a wax finish. He mentioned that 3 guys will be drying my car at the end and I could hand them my tip directly. Which I tipped $6. While talking he tried to upsell me on two or three different packages. I am now so glad I didn’t take the offer. I mentioned that it was first time and I really wanted to see how their service was if I was going to be paying such a steep price. The package he offered me was worth almost $800 for ten washes with a my one being free that day. When I left, I didn’t realize that my car would still have water stains all over it. Had a great experience at Jackson’s Car Wash! The service was fast, friendly, and my car came out looking spotless. Huge shoutout to the manager, Trev, who went above and beyond and even hooked me up with a free car wash, totally unexpected and really appreciated. You can tell they care about their customers here.
