I purchased a BMW from JAG today and I was so impressed with the professional service I received. Anita helped me and she was not the typical hover around you salesman. The owner, Michael came out and helped me as well. He even got in the car with me to answer questions I had and showed me in detail special features on the car. Everything was so stress free, not only did I get the car I wanted but I felt good about my purchase and who I was giving my money to. I will definitely recommend JAG moving forward to anyone looking for a used car!

Outstanding experience!!! From the selection of vehicles, to the test drive, to the purchase everything was so easy and affordable. I was taken back by how nice and outgoing the staff was but still told me like it is. Didn’t feel any hot air or BS!! I am definitely going back for my next vehicle.

I had the best experience buying a BMW today! I’ve had to deal with many shady dealerships this week and I had almost lost all hope of getting a decent vehicle. When I called and spoke to Michael I was shocked by his kindness and honesty. This dealership is straight up, they don’t have ridiculous hidden fees like all the others. There is a great selection to choose from, I personally test drove five before making my final choice, thank you Ty! Anita stayed over an hour after closing, waiting on me to get my insurance together. She was so sweet and did a great job all round. I gave her a big hug right before I left. I feel like part of the JAG family. I drove two hours to get to there, and I am so happy I did! Thank you guys

Extremely kind people and very easy to deal with! They did a job on my car another shop was not comfortable doing; and they did it at a fantastic price. I was informed on what else was wrong on the car and even a timeframe on when it should be repaired. Drove my car home after having all the brake lines redone and an oil change. Everything ran exceptionally well! Unlike a lot of shops this was a very positive experience and I will certainly be returning.

Staff is amazing, prices are great. I went to a place before this, for 5+ years, and every time they said something was wrong. That place would mess up, often, but they'd fix their mistakes. I quit going their after I spent $850 on something, then it broke 8 hours later. I found ProLube Auto Repair & U-Haul and everything changed. I always feel welcomed, and they charge fairly. They now do all of my car work, and even my father's work. Totally recommend them!
