Bought my ‘24 Jeep here. Salesman was wonderful. Can’t remember his name. Came in waaaay overdue for my first oil change. Everyone was helpful, quick and great to work with. I was offered a complimentary car wash and they did a quick vacuum inside which was a pleasant surprise!

If you don’t mind waiting 4 hours for routine maintenance, go ahead. Doesn’t matter if you wake up early and get there first or middle of the day, makes no difference. Also every Jeep Wrangler I buy ends up not having the tool to remove the tires so they can’t rotate them ever. Mediocre service to say the least 👎

Tl;dr- take your vehicle literally anywhere else. Dropped my vehicle off over a week ago (with an appointment) for a crank sensor replacement. No word after 3 days. Finally heard back after their "48 hour diagnostic" was told it will be a quick fix. Several days and literally dozens of calls a day later, still no word on the status of my vehicle (that is still under warranty. Every call either results in an immediate hangup, or I get sent straight to voicemail. For all I know at this point, they totaled our sold my car and are trying to keep me from finding out about it. Update: FINALLY got a hold of the service manager, after a week, work on my car hasn't even started. I cannot stress enough to take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

I have been bringing my Challenger Scat Pack to this location since I purchased it. Mia was my service advisor this last visit, and she has hands down been the best advisor I’ve worked with. The service department does take a smidge longer than I would hope for, but Mia far exceeded my expectations.
