Jacob was great. He took me right in and did the fix of my old Jaguar handbrake in front of me after two other mechanics misdiagnosed it, showed me what was wrong and didn't even charge me. I'll definitely be coming back.

Jacob was able to diagnose an issue while I was still talking to him on a phone explaining my problem. Repair was completed on a timely manner, no hidden fees or other shady charges. Very honest, knowledgeable specialist who knows what he is doing.

I had a horrible rattling sound what i thought was a bad carrier bearing or worse on my audi a4 most places i talked to said $150+ just for a diagnosis audi dealership said $250 just to take it in.. Jacob had me drop it off and 20 mins after looking at he told me it was just missing exhaust bolts that needed to be replaced charged me $40 bucks and had me on my way thank you.
