I’ve had my car serviced multiple times at RM and these guys are absolutely fantastic! They take care of me like I’m family. You won’t find this kind of service anywhere else! I was growing tired of my local Audi dealerships telling me that the earliest they could get my car in was 2-3 weeks regardless of what I was getting done. With RM the answer is always “see you in an hour”. Their speedy service has gotten me out of plenty of jams where I would have been out of work for multiple days or would have had to cancel trips with friends/family. Work is done quick and with care at a great price. My car with its 5.2 v10 is no easy car to work on. Yet these guys have given me full confidence to let them take care of anything that might happen. The work athic is amazing the price for the work that was needed done to my vehicle very reasonable way cheaper then what the old BMW dealership used to charge me, and RM Car Care they have the same scan tools and are able to perform same diagnostic as the Dealer.
