Jacober Automotive

I think the people at Jacober's are very nice but need to bring this to others attention. I brought my car in for a tune up and was told at the time that I made the appointment that it would be around 200.00. Nothing set in stone but trusted them to be around that price. When I called to see if my car was ready the price almost doubled $393.82 and at my understanding the only thing they changed was the spark plugs and check everything. They took it upon themselves to change my oil due to a knocking sound but I was not ask or informed for this service. I was at 40% before my next oil change, so if they would have called me I would have informed them to add oil. Brenda, did reduce the price about $40.00 dollars which brought it down to $353.90 but I was planning on paying cash for this

Family and I were on our way home from Indiana and ran into car troubles on the highway. We called up Jacober and they fit us in right away despite their booked schedules. In addition to getting our car in, they drove us into town for a bite to eat and picked us back up when the vehicle was ready. The owner and all his workers did a fantastic job. They even showed us the replaced parts and explained everything they did. Safely back on the road and no issues. Grateful and blessed God sent us in their direction!

This place is the placr to go for anything you need done on your vehicles they are fairly priced super kind and do a great job will never go anywhere else

Great experience! I had a Check Engine light come on right before a cross-country drive, and they were able to get me in quick and have the fixed car back to me in 36 hours. Very kind and friendly people and would gladly go back for any future issues. Highly recommend!

Spoke with owner about problem with my car he explained everything about it They(his employees,and him) were very helpful and friendly. They made a bad day so much better. Work was completed way before I expected, prices way below what I was guessing. Will totally satisfied,will definitely call them if I need repairs done in the future.
