Waited a week for estimate, never returned my call. I called them, they appeared not to be interested, so I went to another body shop. It was 2,000.00 they lost out on!

The team at Knebel Auto Body is the best! I had my new car 4 days when it was hit in a parking lot. The repairs are perfect , my car looks as good as new! Travis worked with my insurance company, to make sure they covered everything that was needed to complete the job. He also did an amazing job keeping me informed about the repair. The office manager was always friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for auto body repairs.

Travis and his team were awesome. He took time out of his busy day to take a look at a faulty paint job that we've been going back and forth with the dealership with and gave professional advice on how we should go about things. If you want real customer service with people who actually KNOW paint and body work, this is your place.

If you’re having any car troubles, this is the place to go. We called first thing in the morning because we needed our sun roof patched (it was broken into during our travels). Travis and his team were more than happy for us to come in. They even gave us recommendations on where to clean out the glass. When we came to the shop, it was clean and very nice inside. The staff greeted us and were so gracious in helping us. Travis, who ended up sealing our sun roof, talked through the steps he was doing and made conversation. He did a very thorough job, I would even go as far as saying he went above and beyond what I expected. I can’t rave enough about this place. Thank you!

This shop was wonderful and professional in handling an emergency situation I had with my car while traveling. They were responsive and extremely reasonable. I cannot thank Dave and their crew enough!!
