We spent months researching RVs at dealerships and private sellers. So often RVs looked good in photos but not so much in person. We came across one advertised by Jacobs that checked most of the boxes, and were pleasantly surprised when we saw it in person. Tom and his wife Megan were very accommodating and patient, and so willing to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we are thrilled with the deal we got.

I highly recommend this place. My husband and I just got our popup camper from them. They are really nice people, they try to guide you and help out as much as they can. We were unable to get our camper until the weekend and they gladly held it till then. Really nice people and a great experience.

Phenomenal is what our experience was with Tommy & Megan. Let us first say that we are rookies and they both made us feel like we were dealing with a family member during the process. They were very upfront, open, helpful and responsive to our concerns, needs and questions. Tommy explained every device on the RV and then showed us the location of every device and hookup on the entire RV Camper Trailer before he would let us drive away. It was a great experience for us rookies. Now, after the sale and we are home, Tommy and Megan have answered our rookie calls and cleared up any issues that we felt we didn't quite catch with the first training experience. The experience was great Tommy and his wife Magen were very helpful and patient with me and my wife as we were buying our first camper , very on point with showing us how everything works very friendly and even willing to maintain contact to make sure we have the best experience with our new/first camper I loved the way we were treated and loved their services , I will be buying my next camper with them for sure . Purchasing a camper from these folks was a good experience. Everything went exactly how it should. I have no complaints at all. I think they’re doing a fine job in a tough business. I was treated perfectly reasonably and with 100% respect. The camper was clean and in good condition. They didn’t hesitate to point out the few imperfections. I would recommend giving them a shout if you’re interested in purchasing a camper. The cat out front is really nice too :)
