Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a 1pm appointment and all was done by 2 pm. Very please with the service and that it didn't take long to get me back on the road. And the tech was very helpful by letting me know some services were past due on my truck. Office personal was friendly and helpful as well.

Beware! Shop around, only use Jacobson's as a last resort and at your own risk. Originally I thought these guys were "eh, ok" because they did complete the job quickly, but the prices are nuts and they really push you to have things repaired that aren't very crucial. After talking to a couple other previous customers I've learned that they do that to everyone. You can tell em money's tight, what can we do? And they will find 20 different things you "need" replaced, make small issues seem monumental, and then up charging parts by 200-300%! Outrageous and shameful

Able to get me in within an hour of calling and fixed my heat the same day. Would highly recommend over the long wait times of other shops in the area.
