My husband and I have always had great service from Ryan Wender. Have been to his shop many times for different repairs and have never had a problem. I like how he talks to me respectfully, some mechanics are not when they are talking to a woman. I would, and have, recommended Ryan and M&D to everyone.

I was referred to M and D by my regular mechanic because he did not work on transmissions. I authorized Ryan Wender (owner of M and D) to put in a used transmission for my 2007 Ford Escape. I was told the transmission was warranted for 90 days. Within the warranty period the transmission began leaking fluid. Ryan refused to fix it or compensate me for the money I had to pay another mechanic to repair it. Ir rook over 3 months to get the car repaired. I was forced to take Mr. Wender to small claims court to recoup some of the money I had paid him. In total the whole experience cost me 3400. I've never come across a mechanic who would not back-up their work. Don't go to this shop. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating. It was by far the worst car repair experience I ever had.

However, on Jan 9th we were coming back home from Green bay Wi after my daughters surgery and we made it to Niagara Wi before our tire fell completely off the truck. Thankfully it happened in Niagara and not driving on the freeway. There was no warning or indication anything was wrong. Ryan was supposed to call us the day after this incident and failed to do so. We stopped at the shop on Jan 10th, after seeing the truck sitting along side of the building with a tire on it to ask them what was going on. They said they fixed the truck, however we did not give them permission to put new parts on, they just
