My daughter had damage done to her Honda Passport after having a deer deflect off the side of her car. We worked through our insurance and found Jade Collision. We were so totally impressed with how thorough they were in inspecting the vehicle, upfront about costs, the time it would take to fix, and what needed to be done. The folks in the office are friendly, even opening the door for you when they see you coming. They let us know a window of time they hoped to get the car fixed in, and it ended up taking one additional day due to a part needing to be ordered. They let us know that information right away so we could plan accordingly. Lastly, they took the time to return the car cleaner than when we dropped it off! My experience with Jade Collision Center was exceptional - I am thoroughly impressed with the results and the overall service I received re the recent repair work they performed on my Toyota Rav4. When I brought my Rav4 in, the front end was completely smashed up from an encounter with a deer. I was quite worried about the extent of the damage and how well it could be repaired. However, the team at Jade Collision Center did an outstanding job. Not only did they restore the front end to its original state, but they also managed to make it look even better than before the wreck. I had questions about a door to be painted subaru. I information that I received was very helpful. I will be returning with the damaged car a replacement car door to be painted. Very friendly group.
