Went in to get price on something and they were very kind and friendly. So I went ahead and got my part there. The ast manager even can out and put the part in for me.
My car lost power steering on 6/20 and I limped it in to O'Reilly's and had the best experience with a young man named Zach who got the belt back on and got me headed back home with a piece of mind. Thank you for employing such good people, very thankful.
Great service!!! I watched a couple of YouTube videos to learn how to change the headlight bulb. Even though it looked fairly easy, I was unsure. But the learning and worrying was unnecessary. After he rang me up, Jay offered to install it for me!!!! I didn't know they did that. Such an awesome service!!!
Bought valvoline oil here and returned it because I literally found it for half the price at Walmart for the same brand. Had 0 issues with the employees they were nice and helpful just them prices. And in the passed they've given me parts at O'Reilly that have failed.
Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gentry, AR. Very easy battery warranty exchange and they threw in some hose for free. Absolutely great customer service.
