I am truly satisfied with the services Jae’s Mobile Auto llc provided. I own a 2014 Dodge Charger that had a major oil leak. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the oil leak and the damages that the leak caused. He was very transparent and provided timely updates on his findings. He did all of this in a day and a half with affordable pricing. I could not ask for a better knowledgeable mechanic in such a short notice. I have highly recommended him to my friends and family. Also, I have provided two before and two after pictures. She is running like a champ!

I would recommend Jae’s service to ANYONE. We were stuck in a rut , and in a matter of an hour Jae picked up and was in our driveway fixing our issue. On top of all of this… the store gave the WRONG PART, Jae went out of his way to replace the part and install it, WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. He communicates from start to finish and is very knowledgeable in his delivery. Give them a call and save some money and time.

While at Walmart, my daughters honda could no longer steer.I found Jae's mobile auto on line. At 8am they answered their phones and had a mechanic available immediately to head to our location. They arrived as committed, diagnosed the problem accurately, purchased the replacement parts and replaced the belt and pulley system expeditiously. The mechanic was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would call them in a heartbeat

I had a issue with my subaru crosstrek. I called Jaes mobile and they were out at 530pm the next day to run a diagnostic on the car. He was very knowledgeable and told me that I could potentially have a bad motor. So he told me he would do some research and come back the next day to confirm. He showed up the next day and within minutes found the real problem and within 2 hrs and 700.00 less than what he had told me it might be and the car was running like normal. It was a pulley that had seized up and not the timing chain or motor. Thank you very much I will be telling everyone of your great service and reasonable prices. You are truly a lifesaver.

Believe he genuinely tried to help. Communication excellent to begin with. Admitted he has limited/no experience with diesel motors and how you can find everything you need on YouTube, 3/4 way through replacing a Fuel Pressure sensor. Promised up and down he would not leave me hanging with horses in my trailer 2500+ miles from home. Truck went into limp mode, he ran diag and Replaced fuel filters. Then code still didn’t clear he said was sensor and swore it would clear and if it didn’t he’d only charge me for part. While replacing sensor is when he made the YouTube admissions… Code didn’t clear. Still in limp mode. Said it must be bad gas… it’s a diesel but, I digress. Then he told me to stay put. He THEN discovered my truck (F350) has two fuel pressure parts… the sensor which he replaced
