My wife and I visited on Saturday the 21st of February and again we had a great experience. The facility is always kept clean and well stocked with refreshments and snacks which are always welcome. Everyone from the manager to the mechanic was pleasant and kind, making the wait at the dealership enjoyable instead of stressful. This is the 2nd time we have been to the dealership and as always Antonella in Finance went above and beyond in helping us with scheduling and recommending added services, she is clearly a winning personality for the dealership! I purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover South Orlando in August 2025, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been a mix of positives and major frustrations. Shortly after purchase, I had a tire with a slow leak. Although I had tire warranty coverage, it took multiple visits before the tire was finally replaced. Initially, the tire was only filled with air instead of properly repaired or replaced. The bigger issue came when my check engine light repeatedly came on, even though the dealership previously told me that everything checked out fine. I later had the vehicle scanned at O’Reilly Auto Parts, where it showed that my fuel injector needed replacement. When I brought this information back to Land Rover, I was advised to bring the vehicle in for confirmation, which
