I was blessed to be able to get back on the road and I am thankful, but I would not recommend this place. I had a part fly off before I was able to do my first inspection to make sure all my bolts were tightened properly. The rear axle bolt was definitely loose and I was basically forced to run with no exhaust due to the bike not coming with nuts to secure the exhaust to the engine, resulting in a blown gasket. See attached photo. They want 170 an hour to replace a 25.99 part from the manufacturer. I already contacted the manufacturer about the exhaust gasket. It is ashamed how this place hires just anyone off the street. Overall, I was able to do my own proper maintenance and adjusting , as the bike did not even have enough oil in it.

Still waiting. Calledmultiple times last messages with multiple departments and left messages with multiple departments I think maybe someone would pick up or get a call back I mean, I’m sure they don’t constantly check every call that comes in immediately. A system works well. I know that there’s no option to speak to a actual person. I just wanted to get the actual location. I don’t know your business, a different address for Google mapsbehind Wendy’s at Commonwealth in 295.

Amazing service super friendly staff from the first time I made contact all the way through out the door even reached out the next morning to see how my son liked his new ATV customer service was perfect answered all questions immediately also made purchase seamless and very easy for me to do even with the hours I work they made it easy for me to sign the contract electronically and even stayed past closing time to ensure we understood all the features the ATV offered and how to use all the safety features and kill switches to ensure our sons safety.. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new toy to give Jaguar Power Sports a call !!!

Absolutely wonderful people to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable. Customer service is A+++ Also love the products they carry. I bought 2 Icebear Accend Defender 300cc Scooters and and super happy with my purchase. The value and quality is way beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them. They are bike bikes , not small little scooters like most think.
