Jai's European Auto Repair

This man is ROCK SOLID. I started having him service my car when I moved to N. Little Rock in 2019. He was/is very attentive and in many cases knew the problem with my car given a simple over the phone conversation. I moved from N. Little Rock to Jackson, MS and he's still my mechanic. Yes, I drive from Jackson, MS to Arkansas so he can service my car. Downside, he needs someone to cover his phone. It is rather hard to contact him sometimes.

I took my car there because I had an oil leak and he fixed the problem on my 14 Mercedes E350 and I got it back and he charged me 540 to fix it. I drove it to work and it started smoking and leaking oil again so I took it back I was charged 540 again. It was 2 weeks he had it and I got it back and I notice it was making a funny noise so I looked under the hood and saw that he drilled holes in my oil cap to cover up the noise it had after he fixed it. I took it to the dealership and the want to charge me over 5,000 for an issue he did and yet he broken parts to fix the issue. Therefore I will file a small claim court lawsuit and I never wanted to be the cheapskate person to repair little at a time. I would rather have a more reliable mechanic that can point out issues beforehand instead of

in my experience, Mr. Jai genuinely is a stand up guy. He cares about his craft and does not take your arm and leg in bills. Most people only comment when they have a bad experience, and satisfied people don’t leave any comments, so I’m not surprised it looks more “negative” than the reality. Folks, trust Jai with your car. 40+ years of experience is no joke.

Jai's is absolutely amazing!!!!. I took my Mercedes in because of a red light battery on my dashboard. My car was fixed within the hour. I took it to a different place in Benton and was told my fob didn't work. I should consider scraping my car. I thank God I found Jai's. Jai and Aaron we very nice and the price was affordable. I am going back soon to have a few more things done. This is the place to go.

We brought our car to Jai’s and he said that he could fix it. He had the car for over six weeks. Every week he had a new story about why he hadn’t been working on it but that he was going to fix it. We called every week and there were constant excuses. Finally we were moving and he still hadn’t made progress and we decided to tow our car with us since he still had not fixed it. When we looked at the car after we had taken it we noticed that there was a piece of paneling missing from the drivers side door of the car. We called him and asked about it and he was very vague.
