Jake's Auto & Truck Repair

Jake's is great! They send detailed inspections and are super open about what needs done, why it needs done, and how urgent it is. They're always willing to give you a ride to wherever you need to be after you drop your car off (thanks again, Spencer)! This time when I dropped my car off, I had some things later in the day that I wasn't sure how to do without my car. Crystal (service advisor) noticed me trying to figure it out, and she and the mechanic (Dustin) made sure it was done by the time I needed it. Everybody here is super sweet.

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was sure I had found a no-brainer car, but within probably 10 minutes they found a serious issue and saved me from a poor life decision. They even sent me on my way with no charge. Nice people. I'll be coming here next time I need service.

My experience with Jake's Auto was more than fantastic. Their motto is "The friendliest little repair shop in Draper" and boy do they mean it! Those working up front were so kind and personable. The issue with my car was unique and they were open to all repair options. They also have a very unique diagnosing system where pictures, videos, and descriptions from the mechanic come straight to you. This provided a sense of confidence and clarity that these guys knew what they were doing and weren't trying to sneak a couple extra bucks out of my pocket. I would suggest Jake's to everyone!

Great experience with a pre-purchase inspection. They have a detailed screen at the end where they show pictures of findings and consult on your purchase. Thanks to them, we found some problems and got the dealership to fix them!

The entire staff at Jake’s auto is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I love the thorough inspection my car gets every time I’m in there shop, regardless of what service I am getting done. Cant recommend this shop enough!!
