We love Richins! We have always felt like they are honest and upfront. They are also quick to get repairs done. They are our mechanic as long as they’re in business! We found them because our old mechanic, Cliff went to work for them. Very impressed with their workers.

They have been fair in stating the work that our cars actually needed, as well as fair in the pricing. We know because we have comparisons with other places, more than once and on different cars. They are also quick and efficient, with friendly customer service. We now refer our family and friends to them with confidence, and share this review with confidence as well.

Kent and Kelly are in the top 5 of Utah auto mechanics. Their diagnostic and repair skills are excellent. The fair and reasonable repair price they quote when a customer drops off the car, is many times less than when the repair or service is completed. I’ve had the privilege of using their services for over 30 years. Never disappointed. Always very grateful and pleased!

After one too many experiences with the local dealership quoting inflated prices and recommending repairs/routine maintenance prematurely, we decided it was time to try a different shop. Glad we did! We found the crew at Richins to be honest, thorough, and fair. For some routine maintenance items — e.g., flush brakes, coolant service — Richins completed the work on time and at the quoted price. We were told some maintenance items (such as replace plugs and full tune) were not needed or sue for another 25k miles. We feel like we’ve found a reliable and honest shop for our family to use for routine maintenance and repairs not covered by manufacturer warranty.
