I am a first time customer. Came in due to oil leak and check engine light. Overall, I am happy with the service. I especially liked the friendly personnel, the quick service (same day in this case), and your willingness to consider cheaper solutions for trying to fix the oil leak. I really have no basis on which to base the charge for the parts and labor of the diagnosed bad thermostat, so I trust that I was charged a fair amount. I appreciate the follow-up text to check on my satisfaction with the service. Nice touch. I will come back when needed.
