Timpanogos Auto Glass

Accidentally broke my daughter in law’s car window while weed eating my lawn. Called my mechanic for a recommendation and this is who he has come to fix his cars. Luke answered the phone the first time I tried and he came out the same day and got me fixed. Super cool dude. Professional and did an awesome job. Super clean and super happy!

When weather came to rain on my parade, they went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced. I thought it would have to be a few days later or me taking it to them (which defeated the whole purpose honestly) but a window came without rain same day and they called to point that out/suggest they come immediately to get it done. I'm so glad they did, looks fantastic, great job, very convenient. I especially like that they took the magnets for my dash cam and put new double sided tape on for me to use and even transferred my oil change and tire rotation stickers to the new windshield. The little details mean a lot to me and they crushed it. I will be using them again when my passat needs a windshield.

Took my Tesla here. They did an amazing and quick job! Had to replace the entire window shield. They jumped on the phone with me with my insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. Love their customer service too, i wasn’t able to come pick up my car when it was finished so they came and dropped the car off at my work! Talk about going over and beyond! Love this place!

Timpanogos Auto Glass was super to work with! Very friendly and helpful! We needed a windshield replacement. They came to my house, they were on time, and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional! He put covers down to protect the interior of the car and not leave a mess! He was thorough and had the glass installed quickly. It is so nice to look out a clear windshield with no cracks or pits! Thanks for a great job!!

I would absolutely give 5 stars if it weren't for one thing. I was PROMISED that my cell number would not be used for any kind of advertising, referrals, or ANYTHING except actually coordinating the service the day of the service. I was very disappointed to find that is not the case. We have purchased a couple of windshields and had windshield repairs done by Timpanogos Auto Glass, but I will not use them again. If they cannot honor their word about something like this, how will I trust them to honor their work or warranties?
