This Fall, I purchased a new (to me) vehicle, and figured it was time to find a dedicated mechanic for what issues may arise. Because if you're a car owner, an issue will always arise. Recently the dreaded "check engine light" came on, so I reached out to Jake's. I spoke with Kory, who was kind enough to walk me through the "next steps"; diagnosis, ordering parts, and making an appointment. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Based on my initial interaction, I will definitely utilize their services, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

Top of the line mechanics, got the job done quick and were incredibly friendly. I took my truck in several months ago and they just reached out to me again just to see how the vehicle was running. Great little mom and pop shop that’ll get the job done!

I had an issue with my truck leaking a significant amount of oil. Brad called and explained everything very thoroughly, and they had it repaired in no time. When I got the truck back, it had a slight rough idle, so I brought it back to Brad. It turned out to be an issue with one of the O2 sensors—completely unrelated to the oil leak. He replaced the sensor, and now my truck runs like new and no longer leaks oil. I can’t express how pleased I am with the service. I used to be a technician myself, and I can honestly say these guys are extremely honest and knowledgeable. I had zero concerns after talking with Brad and Korey. Very pleased with the entire experience.

The customer service here is 100%. Jake's was not able to work on our car because it's a European model, but Kory took the time to recommend another mechanic to us. When that didn't work out she made more suggestions. For a company to take the time to help someone who isn't even going to give them business..they deserve 5 stars!

All I have to say is WOW! Truly never had a better experience at a mechanic. They were honest, broke down all the pricing and labor, I never felt like they were trying to get extra money out of me. Told me my repairs weren’t a safety concern when other places would have tried to get all of my money out of me and push me to do everything at once. Super affordable in my opinion and such great people. Highly highly recommend.
