JAM Best-One Tire & Service of Findlay

Fast and Reliable service, they had a power outage this morning and were unsure if they were going to be able to get me in, so I went to Walmart service center. (I just had a screw in my tire) They said to try Jam Best One anyhow because Walmart didn't have a lift for my vehicle. (Tesla) I stopped in and they had my tire patched and I was on the road within a half hour.

Great and excellent service! Took me in at the last minute for a tire patch repair, definitely coming back in for any car service!

They were super quick, efficient, and well priced. I called about fixing the TPWS on my car and they were able to get me in right away and had it fixed within the hour. They were a 1/4 of the price of what the dealer quoted me.

Mike is one of the most honest and kind mechanics out there. I recently bought a used car and it was making a funny noise. Mike and his team looked into it and told me what was causing it and didn’t even charge me for the time. They could have easily lied to me and charged me for something I didn’t even need. My dad has since passed and he used to be my mechanic. I like to think that he sent Mike to me so I wouldn’t get duped by anyone else!! Thanks to this amazing auto shop for the great customer service!
