If you get towed here after a wreck be prepared for a whole bunch of fees you aren't told about until you go to pay. What was though to be a 200 tow bill was was 475. Multiple conversations and never informed we were being charged daily just for our totaled vehicle to sit outside in a vacant lot. Would have taken care of it a lot sooner had we known and saved a lot of money.

I feel Ripped off ! I was in a wreck on Saturday, March 8 to which my car was towed to this lot. It was picked up on Friday the 14th to which I was charged $539.19 . That is $125 for the tow, $12.50 for their fuel charge, a $75 cleanup fee, $95 for an administration fee and a storage fee at 30.00 per day for seven days coming to $210 reaching that grand total of the $539.10 I can understand the tow of $125. And six days of storage at $30. Because I picked the car up on that Friday that I’m being charged an extra day of storage for. The fair price would be $305. However, The extra $30 charged for the day I picked it up, $ 75.00 clean up fee (There was no cleanup on my car with this wreck ) , And a administration fee of $95 for what?!?! Seriously, a grand total of $212.50 Of ridiculousl

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Allen C. towed our car 200 miles tonight and provided exceptional service, and proactive communication! He was even willing to give us a ride so we wouldn't be stranded far from home! If you ever need help between Nashville and Atlanta - he will take great care of you!

Tyler was very helpful and gave great insight on what may be wrong with my Camaro. He was professional and kind with great communication. I would definitely recommend James Auto Body & Repair to others. Tyler also sent a follow-up text message upon arrival letting me know my vehicle arrived safely.

Overall, the staff is very friendly and Denise is extremely knowledgeable and helpful however that’s the only “good” thing I have to say. The “12-14 day” prediction for how long they would have our truck turned into 6 weeks. The work they did was okay, so far I don’t have any complaints on that specifically, but they did leave the truck a mess. Paint all over my tires, dust and debris covered my dash and seats, and for some reason the lowered my back seats and shoved my seat belt buckles underneath so that was a surprise when trying to reattach my kids car seat, they threw the floor mats in the bed of the truck and while they had it we got 5 inches of snow, so my floor mats were soaked when I got the truck. Not to mention, the dirty mechanic fingerprints all over the headliner. They also
